Every Little Bit Helps
It's been nearly two weeks since I started The Diet, and I'm making progress. I've lost a couple of pounds even though I haven't started the eating plan yet. I've just been working on changing some of my thought patterns and habits. But hooray for the number on the scale going down! (I've been keeping my pages updated-- check out the tab labeled "The Diet - Stage 1" to see what I'm working on right now.)
